Thank you for reaching out, and I’m truly sorry to hear that your delivery experience didn’t meet your expectations.

 

I understand how frustrating it can be to receive a large furniture item and realize that assembly wasn’t included. Our standard threshold delivery does not include assembly, and while we do list this detail at checkout and on our website, I completely understand that it can be easy to miss during the ordering process. 

 

That said, the good news is that the assembly and setup process for this piece is designed to be straightforward and manageable, even without professional help. Most customers are able to complete it with basic tools and minimal time. If you have any trouble during the assembly process please reach out and I'll be happy to provide guidance.
