Escalated Customer - Denying Replacement Request

We've carefully reviewed your situation and, unfortunately, we’re unable to provide additional assistance beyond what has already been offered (**if we didn't offer a discount on replacement pieces please update to simply say: we're unable to provide a warranty based replacement**). Our furniture is designed for outdoor use, but like all outdoor pieces, it does require ongoing care and upkeep to help it maintain its appearance over time. Our care instructions do mention buffing with a furniture oil and using our furniture covers. Using these covers when your furniture is not in use is a simple and effective way to keep it looking its best season after season. While we realize this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, we value your feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue to improve our products and services.
