How to Create a Case

Main sku is the item purchased which is on the original order.

You will then put the replacement sku on the left hand side. The final step is putting your notes under File & Notes in the highlighted box on the right. Please be as detailed as possible.

 

Notes in the case should follow the format:

  1. Explanation of what the customer said and what the issue is. Example: Customer called in and confirmed that the club chair frame has broken wicker. The box was damaged as well. She confirmed no other pieces are damaged.

  2. Next note will list what is being sent on the replacement order, the ship to address, phone number, email address, ship method and account number.


    Example: We will be sending item OP-ALCLB-VEN-FRM via Seko/Ceva on RST account. 

            Ship to address: 

                123 Meow Way, North Pole, AK 13245

                janedoe@email.com



        3. Last step is to enter the Sales Order number once that is created. Example: SO 123456
