You will know you have a pricing issue that you need to look for a promo for when you see the EDI original unit price and Net amount do not match as shown below:

You will want to open the item with the price issue and go to the Promos tab

Once you click you will see all the promotions that have been submitted for this item for all accounts.

For Wayfair, you will look for the promotion within the current dates of the order and the plan ID you are looking for is 197 (all wayfair customers except wayfair trade), for the Wayfair trade customer you will look for plan ID 196.

(ex. SO 976096)

Once you find the Plan ID and a Promotion within the dates of your order you will click on the ID to open the promotion and see if the price matches what was sent on the EDI original price of the order.

You want to make sure that the Promo Price matches the price that you are looking for. That is how you know that is the promotion you will attach. If it is, you will keep this page open and have your SO open on a different tab.

You will now edit your SO.

On the item line you will change the net amount to match the EDI original unit price, next the discount amount for this example will be -124.52, which you get from your promotion as shown above. Last step on the item line is to add the promo ID and the Promo line ID. You can now save that line.

Second: you will add in a Promotions Discount line

You will change the amount to -124.52, then in the options box you will paste the full item name.

Also you will add the Promo ID and Promo Line ID again. Lastly you will add the class and location to match your item. Now you can save it and your price is fixed, you can now unmark the price hold box at the top of your SO. See below for example on what it will look like when complete.
