OP-MKT12-PORIII	10919	The umbrella handle won't engage or move up or down, how do we fix it?	There are two videos in the attachment that help show. There is a small bumper on the arm that attaches the umbrella canopy to the main pole and it can get stuck in the track.

VGHN	Email	How do you restain the Vaughn sets?	The treatment on the wood is oil based so to have anything go on top of that and soak in you need to sand it deeper before putting on a new coat.
OP-MKT12	103625	Bolt near the top arm of umbrella is sticking out after being used for a while. Can we fix it?	Factory said it should be easy to screw back in using an allen wrench. It does screw into a size M8 nutso make sure it is there. If missing they can purchase at a hardware store.
